| Like Eva Herzigova, Wrobel is best known as a "Wonderbra girl." Wrobel is a native of Gdansk, Poland; after the fall of the Iron Curtain she made her way into modelling in the West, gaining notice at a 1993 Ford Supermodel of the World contest. Later she appeared on the covers of Marie Claire, Vogue and Glamour, worked as a runway model, and posed for the Victoria's Secret catalog. She renewed her popularity when she was named as the primary model for Wonderbra advertisements. She is sometimes known by the single name "Magdalena." | |
